Is it just me or does it seem when one thing goes wrong on blazer everything does

We've had it about a year now. Only needed so far is a new battery, a new wiper, and the oil changes of course. But then again there's only 80k miles and it wasn't being driven much at all until recently, now that I have insurance and can drive her
