Now that I have these, they should shine through black headlight covers?
My friend has them on his brake lights, and I noticed they shine through pretty well, even for brake lights.
I might buy them anyway just to have. They'd look really good.

The bulbs have great lo beam visibility. You can see the smidge of purple they give off at certain angles. They also should be warrantied for a year. Dunno how they'd do with blackout covers though.
