Just got this 91 blazer, needs the the basics, it’s been sitting for a few years they did part of a time up on it. It has 140k miles. 4.3 4x4.
it smokes on start up and at low idle, so assuming valve seats. What is the best to put in it for a quick smoke relief. Also what is the best place to buy parts? Windows won’t stay on track due to vertical part missing, need seals and such. My plane is to drive it and build a v8 for it for future.

As for parts, Rock Auto is always a good start, but you likely knew that. LMC Truck can have some parts, but a visiting a wrecking yard will likely be necessary too.

 

Change the valve stem seals or use a temporary additive.
