Can the tailgate window be manually rolled down? I want to take the topper completely off and i do not want to spend cash fixing the window motor. Short of breaking the window out i am not sure how else to get the window rolled down?

 

if its the electric motor, try jumping the motor with direct power to see if that will work. if not one way i used to do it is... well first you have to climb back there and unscrew the access panel. then you can unscrew the cable going into the motor then twist it manually. you can just use a pair of pliers or small vise grips, if you really want to go overboard you can use a drill i love old trucks theres always ways around stuff
