Looking for part #
I'm completely lost on this one. I cannot seem to find this part anywhere except for a few parts wharehouses online, but sometimes the picture does not fit the item description and vice versa.
Even AC Delco's site doesn't list these parts anymore? Government conspiracy?
Here is the part I need...

This is the air pump solenoid valve that I need, but I am not sure if this is the correct part # for it...AC214615. I have Googled that #, but as I have already said, sometimes the part # does not show the correct picture.

Been doing some more research on this. And I think I may have found an alternate solution.
At Autozone, I found they have absolutley no listing for the part I needed, but I accidently stumbled across this part....
Duralast/Canister Purge Valve Solenoid PV164, which is for a 2000 Blazer.

It looks exactly like the part I need. But, $38 seems a bit much. Hmmm, lemme look at something else...
Duralast/Canister Purge Valve Solenoid PV137, which is for a 1997 Bonneville. But this one is only $23, but does not have the metal bracket.

Look almost the same, and I'm pretty sure they both do the identical job...open and close a valve to allow air to pass through.
I'm seriously thinking of getting the one for the Bonneville, I'm sure some zip ties would work fine securing the valve.
What do you guys think?

Just out of curiosity, I went and purchased the PV137 solenoid valve for the Bonneville and installed it in the Blazer. I ended up using just one long zip tie to secure it to the air pump bracket. I cleared the codes and went out for a drive. The code never came back and the secondary air pump monitor was one of the first ones to become ready.
So, $23 vs $38, almost a $15 difference due to the bracket. In todays economy, I'm all about saving money, especially when it comes getting away with using different parts.
