I got these in the mail today and they are as advertised and I stole them for $10 plus shipping to my door ($12).

Nice find though! There are definitely deals to be had out there. Especially given the financial times. It is definitely a buyers market with just about everything. I have been finding things left and right for my K5 for cheap!

 

Fixed the pic, sorry it was a screenshot. I forget the pixel dimensions of my screen sometimes.

I know it's fleabay, but the only skidplate (the smaller of the two I have) is listed for $125.

I almost feel bad for the guy not knowing what he had, but then I realize I paid under $30 for what, even at my local junkyard, would normally cost at least double that, if not more.

So are you going to update your K5 build thread with all your latest goodies? Hrrrrmmm?

I really don't think he was feeling generous. I honestly believe he didn't realize what they are worth (to us anyway).

 

I guess im a newb but why are they so sought after?
i.e whats different from lets say, the ones i have on my truck?
