Replace your plugs with AC Delco or NGK, only.
is your servise engine lite on?

Lay the old ones out, LABELED so you know which came from where, in order and take a picture of them and post it.

DRiver side is 1-3-5, pass 2-4-6

I guess I should explain.. Before there was O2 sensors and computers, the best diagnostic tool for your type of problem was reading the plugs.

It still is.

Make sure the lighting is right so we can see detail on the business end.

Also just because you have new plug wires doesnt mean they are good. Cheap ones often fail right out of box. Ac Delco is best bet.
Some fail at load, some fail to spark at cruise.

You need to fix that vent line problem and get a new canister but I doubt that's the problem, here.
