Default Motor flush?

Has anyone done a motor flush on their blazer? Im getting up to 180k and it definitely use a good flush. I have put seafoam in the crank case and ran that for a few days but I am liking the idea of those that you run for like 5 minutes and then change your oil right after. Really want a good deep clean on it. any reccomendations on a good flush solution??

I am about the 3rd owner and don't know how it was maintained. Probably not very well.

the problem with motor flushes is they loosen deposits up
If you loosen it up and it clogs your lifters then you got problems
IMO it better to let sleeping dogs lie

I have used Castrol oil every oil change since B/N in my Honda
I had it in for timing belt ETC and my mechanic asked what brand I used because the inside was so clean inside
I like Castrol and beleive their claim to cleaning up sludge

If I were going to do it, I would use Auto-Rx Plus. It's action is much, much gentler than the cleaners most are familiar with.
