I found a solid k5 that a farmer bought new. It had set since 02 until last year. This rig was ordered like a farm truck. 4 speed manual, Dana 20 TC, no back seat.(no holes for a back seat), and a factory spare tire mount behind the drivers seat. It’s as basic as a rig can get. I just hadn’t seen anything like it on the web. Thx

 

They are hard to come across stock. Most I've seen lately all have been redone. Not sure about rare, but definitely hard to come across...

 

In my opinion, it is only rare in that how many '70 Blazers are on the road compared to how many were made. As the market goes, even for original, completely stock vehicles, the highly optioned ones are were much more than low optioned vehicles. There may have been very few optioned the way your Blazer was, but that does not mean they are worth more than another one that was highly optioned.

 

Go check Hagerty.com. They specialize in insurance for collectible vehicles. I use them for my 68 Mustang. I've seen them do stories on trucks of that vintage along with their resale prices.
