Something still isn't right about that fuel mileage displayed on that. Lastcoupe/Kordog, do either of you have the actual fuel mileage as stated by GM in any of your references? Seems like a typo for sure considering that even with a manual trans the best I can find in databases online is 15/18.

*EDIT* AHH!!! I see says the blind man to the queer dog... LMAO

That is Imperial Miles/Gallon. 1 US mi/gal = 1.2 Imp mi/gal = 235.2 L/100km

So 18 Imp mi/gal = 15 US mi/gal and 26 Imp mi/gal = 21 US mi/gal Which is much more believable, but I still can not find any other information that backs it up for the city mileage... Everything I have found is 18mpg city...

Here is the unit conversion tool that I found that explained all of this: Unit Conversions - TDIClub.com

I beleive 21 miles per gallon....Bob is ancient and falling apart and he still gets 21 highway miles, and that's what the EPA website said he got from the factory. GO BOB!

LOL, and my husbands tiny little 4-banger rice burner gets only about that. (Might help though if he took his foot off the floorboard....I drive Bob like a baby)

Well, 18 miles per US gallon is supposed to get me 434km per tank of gas, and if I drive nice, all city driving, I can break the 400km mark on a regular basis before the gas light comes on...

My last highway trip got me 24 MPG (That's US gallons, by the way, lol) at a consistant 75MPH...

Paddlegirl, me either. When I got the truck it had a manual in it for something else! When I asked the small used car lot about it he said he had trouble finding one and just threw in what he thought was close! So I went on eBay and found one for like $10 and bought it. I like having the owners manual sometimes it does come in handy. lol!
