Default need advice please

hello, i am new here. but i have a question regarding me buying a blazer.this is what the ad says, " 1992 Chevy Blazer Sport 4 dr w/4.3 Vortec eng. and AT. w/push button transfer case. Runs decent and trans. and transfer case work properly. Needs rocker panel work and rear tailgate glass for inspection. Has four new white lettered tires, bug deflector, roof racks and int. is in great shape. Asking $750 or trade." it also has 143k miles on it, he said he would sell it to me for $600 plus $250 to haul it to my house.....do you guys think its worth getting? thanks.

I would personally not buy anything that says working properly but if you look at the pictures and you like what you see its up to you also just so you think 143k is alot i have 182k on mine and it seems fine so also think of how much you will be willing to put into it. if you can post some pics it would be more helpful to your question

Definitely going to have to put some money into anything that old, but from the pix it looks as if someone took decent care of the body and interior. If you could go and test drive it, have someone go with you to give it a general look-over, could be worth it. My old '91 had over 170k on it before I got rid of it, and the new owner is still driving it.

those are nice pics, however they dont show anything important.
ask to see pics of the underside, your looking for oil leaks.

although at that price its a good deal, except the shipping part. it dont cost $250 in gas to go 300 miles, especially if your trying to sell a rig.

I would say look for a closer better deal. $850 for a 92 blazer that needs work and is 300 miles away so you don't know how it runs doesnt seem like to good of a deal to me.
