Here it is illegal to have any tint on the front windows.Haha i have 5% all around on my grand prix and cutlass, blazer is soon to be tinted, needs to be running first lol.

thats what the guy told me. something about the metallic film in the tint interefering with it or something. said if they move it then he can put one on but then you would see my antenna thing

i have 5% all around and 35% in the front in florida anything under 35% is illigal but i had a medical problem so i got a note from my doctor saying that i need dark tints so cops cant do nothing

Thinking of changing my rears to 5%. Factory tint is nice, but not good enough.
35% is our law on fronts here in NY, so I'll do 35% on those.
When they tint windows, do decals have to be removed?

anything in the inside of the glass has to be removed

NY law is 70% on the front...I wish it was 35%

Thats why I didnt

Its the only thing holding me back! and in my area of NY they pull you over for everything! I knew one person who got tints and he was pulled over 2 days after leaving the shop!
