How much is a used OEM Delphi RDS stereo worth? My Blazer is a 2002 LS. Does anyone know of companies that buy / sell used stereos?

I've seen posts that say the stereo is specific to the VIN and needs to be recoded for the particular vehicle at a dealer. How does that process work?

I think that VIN recoding thing would only apply to theft-lok enabled stereos, but don't quote me on that...

Yup. They're worth whatever you can get on Ebay. Do some searching. Provide good pictures and do a good sales pitch if you auction it.
