Default Oil Pressure Switch socket?!?!

I got a new oil pressure switch, but the new socket for it, is WAY too small for my old switch. I can't find what size I am needing. It's not the standard 1-1/16" size that the new one is.

i dont understand what your saying. You referring to the silver part of the sender? I always used a pair of channel locks. Works fine.

If the switch is the original the electrical connector is larger than the hex portion. A wrench is going to be needed.

Yeah, it was a much larger portion. 1-1/4" Haven't been able to get it off, but know what to be looking for when that time comes. I ran into some issues with other things yesterday and that had to go on the back burner.
