Default Overhead Console Swap

I've been considering the possibilities of installing an overhead monitor as I often have many passengers and my vehicle is chosen for long trips. Does anyone know if it's possible for me to swap to a console from a Blazer with a sunroof? I currently have the long console and it doesn't really leave room for a screen.

Thanks man. I might do that. But my main reasoning for the swap was to gain mpg counter and homelink setup as well. Otherwise I might cut through the console.

the only things i lost was the domelight area and the rear 2 map lights however with my overhead screen i have domelights built in no cutting no mods if you go with the smaller console youll have to worry about underneath the center console anyways cause theres spots cut out underneath the long console where theres no headliner just the roof metal least thats how mine was so youll have to mod that i kept the same console and i recently also updated to a homelink door out of a jimmy and it went right in replace of my garage door opener dummy door wired it up to the lights and boom i have the homelink i still need to find a 95-97 temp/compass/trip guage otherwise i would have that installed in my console as well just a few bolts to take out and swap the new one but im taking my time finding the right one cause ive read alot of post about certain guages not working between the ob2 computers

I don't think that'll be a problem for me, wiring anything up that is. I tend to be pretty good at electronics. I'm thinking about pulling my console down and seeing how much headliner I have
