Default Parts: Part 2! lol

After coming to the conclusion that the first set of projectors I ordered, wasn't going to fit...

I found me a nice set from an S2000 (one of the best single xenon projectors on the market) with AP1 lenses (meaning clear, clear, clear! ) for a razor sharp cutoff... Meaning if it's pitch black out, there will be absolutely no light above the cutoff at all.

And they're a lot smaller, mounting wise than the RS6 projectors I had first bought (those are getting turned into fog/driving lights, since they've got low/high beam modes)

I'm going to be losing my halos for the lights to fit how I want... But that's no big deal, lol.
One less lighting mod I have to worry about

Looks great. I was wondering how on earth you were gonna fit that huge projector in that headlight.

Actually, it would fit great in the highbeam spot, but I don't wanna chop the radiator support any more than I have to...

Even if the spot behind the highbeams is hollow

I tell ya, the difference between these and my ebay projectors is night and day... I knew there was gonna be a difference.... But DAMN! lol.

Kinda like the difference in going from the H1 bulb in the projector to HID's.

I'll probably use the halo's somewhere in the interior, though... Some kind of lighting for the cargo holds, lol.

Update:

Got all the cutting that I need to do on my projector housings...

Sorry Brent, turns out I'll be able to keep my halo's after all

The S2K's are almost the exact same length of the original projectors, it turns out...
So I get to keep the halo's, lol.

I thought about trimming the back of the housing to have the projector sit farther forward... But there's no way I'd be able to cut it level enough, so, this is all it gets

Now I just have to mount it in, make sure it lines up properly with the high beam.

Which, btw, with the original setup are aimed horribly wrong! lol. I'll see if I can take some comparison pics for y'all.
