That's what I said, my parents told me to shop around, and Action Van and Truck World were the only other store I could think of to check, and when I called all they carried were the ballasts, I didn't even ask the price lol. I'm kind of miffed with the run around I got from them over my clear corner lights. I had "ordered" them two weeks in a row, and it seems each time they never had them... that's when I ordered the ebay ones for half the price.

Liking the sig btw.

I was debating on getting clears...but then I tinted my corners and I won't be going back lol. It looks too damn good on my truck.
On a side note - thanks for the sig compliment. I went back to the classic "simple is better". I even removed my name off it for a really clean look. I'm loving it too. We'll see how long it lasts though. my OCD will kick in an I'll have to change it again in a few weeks lol.

lol...I know. It's an obsession . It's actually not a sepia filter either. I just played with the hue until I got a redish tint that would match the links to the right of my sig lol.

There he goes again... LMAO jk,

by "all three", do you mean your fog lights as well? Yeah look at paying closer if not more than 200 bucks for all of them... in retrospect, that's cheaper than it would have been anywhere else for a set of 2... namely the ones I almost bought from my audio guy, 120bucks a kit + install... that's when I ran to HIDextra, that and you can't beat the ease of install with their setup, the 120 dollar ones here locally were cut/solder/nomorestockever.

yeah, i liked the fact it took just as long to pull the HL's, as it did to install the hardware.

and i hear ya on the cut/solder & no chance of redemption ever with the ones you see on places like Kijiji & such.

so you're telling me you figure around $200 US for the 3 sets? ya, i'm definately gonna have to wait 'til after Christmas for them. thanks for the info, and be sure to put up some links to your album after you do the install.

forgot, did you say you were getting the 5K bulbs or the 6K bulbs? i know LuvMyTJ said the 6K ones "looked" blueish in colour, but on the site it looked more white. guess that's the problem with seeing things on a screen compared to in person.

It turns out, that as of Christmas, they came in the mail 2 weeks ago, my mom just intercepted the package before I got home from school and wrapped them up lmao... so really it only took me a week to receive them, and seeing as I used her credit card to buy them, I don't have to pay her back like I was planning because she gifted them to me instead.

Next year I'm getting a PCM tune, whether or not I get some sort of exhaust work done is still up in arms though, I'm planning on getting a new PCM from them though, so I can swap back to stock when I pull my CAI out for the winter, or I'll buy a "summer" CAI lmao, I just don't want my 3" pipe to get all pitted from the road salt. I'm a little meticulous.

Well, I got motivated and called Summit racing today... The muffler I'm looking at is this Edelbrock SDT muffler #55762, it's currently on sale for 65 bucks... Summit pays for shipping to the border, handling charges are 9.95, and shipping to my door is 52 bucks USPS... all in all, a $120 muffler isn't a bad price IMO...

Opinions? I'd be buying it before the sale price goes out, but the muffler won't be going on until this spring... and after researching... the cheap exhaust piping (the stuff that rots) is going to be painted using high heat engine/exhaust enamel, and I'll have stainless tips. When I'm finished, I'm hoping my exhaust will look something like this: (see attached.) It's just a quick 10 second photoshop job I did, turned single into dual exhaust.
