I managed to find a 2 DIN dash bezel (it is the light grey color of all things), all 4 lower skid plates and a set of tow hooks from a 93ish suburban today. Best part is everything was about $70. Now to get rid of this damn snow so I can degrease and pressure wash them. Anyone got the bolts and clips to mount em? I'll pay shipping, and for them. I'll post pics tomorrow when it is light out.

 

I always forget to look for skid plates when I'm at the yard! I would love to find a set!

I find skid plates all the time. I didnt think anyone would want em since last set i got and decided to sell it took weeks to get rid of em.

 

As long as I have been going to pik ur parts I have never seen a dash bezel of any din or color. They`r all ripped to shreads. [jack] Can you fix them with abs or pvc cement from plumming supply? [unjack]. Seems like the denezens must like the sound of em breaking.

 

No idea, but it seems that a lot of them are busted as well. The mexicans here like to cut wires to switches and remove whatever they can. It is not uncommon to see a claw hammer swinging away. That kinda laziness pisses me off too, spend the 3 minutes to remove the 5 screws the right way.

 

Hell yeah, there should be rules in place at yards for things like that. Do it the right way, or leave.

are those off a fullsize? if so those things are unbreakable and can be made to fit on s10s, i had those on the back of a old s10 i had and i actually broke my frame trying to pull out a hummer.
