Default please help

yes i changed out my fuel pump on a 98 4x4 s-10 blazer and then it wouldnt start so i use starting fluid to start it for like 2 months then after a big cold storm it would drive just fine at low speeds but when i get over 40 mph it would bog down like it was getting too much fuel then it did that for like a day then it wouldnt even go a low speeds and now it wont even start

fuel filter or regulator is most likley the cause
