Difficult to tell, is it missing the turn signals or are they just blacked out?
Things I'd ask before buying:
Is there an external door popper? (if not, if the battery goes dead you're SOL on getting in the car)
Interior pics?
Options?
Accident? Looks like the hood isn't lined up properly on the passenger side.
If those come back with satisfactory answers, go take a look. If you hadn't already just sold your system, I'd say tell him to take his out and make it an even swap.
