I'm thinking the leather seats front for front will work with a 4 door, just not the back. The back seats have other differences as well. In a 2 door, the back seats have a fold forward/slide up lever up that the 4 door seats do not. Assuming you could make the rear seats fit, you would have an awesome time trying to get back there. Your best bet is getting them upholstered in leather.

Hey, if people never sit in them back there, they should look good forever lol.

But your saying take the leather off the 4 door rear seats and put them on yours? Hmmm... it's definitely an interesting idea. I don't know if there would be enough leather to go around though counting the headrests.

ZR2's never came with leather i dont think, but regular two door blazers had the LT option which had leather seats but they are harder to find than a 4 door LT

You shuld just take off the cover of the leather seats that you want and just adjust them to your truck. If you know how to sow, at least thats what i would do lol good luck man.
