how easy is it to put the lights on top like that and how to wire a switch in the cab?

Putting the lights up is easy... Just pull the head liner down a bit, and poke some holes through for the LED's.

Wiring a switch might be more of a PITA... You'll have to run wires to somewhere, and fuse it up.

I just spliced into the dome light, so whenever my interior lights are on, the LED's come on.
