next week i asked my mechanic to change the rear end fluid, ( and the front end 2wd fluid on my 2002 blazer 4.3.

concerning the front 2wd fluid, is that tranny fluid or a different kind of liquid ????????

Well, the whole use of the term 2wd really confuses matters when you do not list your vehicle information somewhere in your post. You can create a signature via your User CP and attach it to your posts. Your signature should contain your vehicle information so that others trying to help do not have to guess...

So from your clarification, I can assume that you are talking about your front axle. You will need to use 80w90 gear oil in the front diff (or 75w90 if synthetic) same as the rear axle.
