Ive always just soldered em back on, never broke a window yet. Use an iron though, not a small torchtip

Same here. My came off two times an after that I said screw this an went to junkyard an pick up a new to me back window.

Autozone carries a Permatex Rear Window defogger Kit #09117, according to their website. It costs about $15.00
