Rhino lined bront bumper.
#1
A while back i had used spray on bed liner to paint my front bumper black, and have the rough feel to it.
After wheeling a bit, its starting to chip away and look like crap.
Called a rhino liner 80 miles away from me and he said $100 for the bumper.... should i go ahead and give it a shot?
I dont have the money right now but i think it'd be awesome.

I had a s10 that i recently sold and replaced with my blazer that i had Herculiner/Rhino lined myself. I had did both sides as a rock guard never got to doin bumpers though. I actually used Herculiner a roll on brush on and not Rhino lining. To have this done i was quoted like $1000 and i ended up doin it i think for less than $100. It did take me 3 days from start to finish to prep, clean and put 2 coats on.

Yeah, its expensive. The only thing i dont like about herculiner is the way it looks, its shinyness. I like the flat black looking bedliners.

mine dulled out in a few months. It wasnt too shiny IMO. I wonder if u used a scotch brite pad and scuffed it up that it would get the look your looking for.

i might buy a small can to do some trial tests with it. Rhino linings cool and all, but the $$ isnt worth it.

yeah plus the 80 mile ride. Gas isnt cheap these days. Im in need of painting my spare tire carrier was thinkin of using can of bedliner too. Havent had time to get it and test it out though. Was thinkin spray can will apply nicely on carrier tubular frame.
