has anyone bought parts from Rock auto, I need new ball joints and the price from Rock auto is $161 VERSUS $293 from Autozone,same Moog part numbers,nice price reduction,but wondering if anyone has had any issues,wrong parts received etc. Thanks

 

Rock auto is an amazing site. I would say the majority of the members on here use them.
I would look into getting raybeastos, I have recently learned from a member on here that moog has started to slack on their parts.

Rock auto is 99% good, got a sour taste from them right ATM personally but 1 bad experience shouldn't outweigh a bunch of good. Not sure here but I know a simple google search will bring up tons of 5% off codes people who ordered from them share (they have their own thread they keep the code updated on another forum I belong to) and hey, every penny helps!

Rock auto is the best if you don't need the part today. Also, do some research about moog, they aren't what they used to be...

 

i have been buying from rock auto for over a year...more then several times.
the one time they sent me the wrong part they corrected it at no additional cost to me at all. great company all around.

 

English speaking also!!! I recently had a wrong part sent and after about one minute on the phone I had the return label emailed. A+ costumer service.
