Saying goodbye to the 1996
Well, I used to own two Chevy Blazers. They were some of the toughest running machines I've ever owned, but even a terrible driver and a traffic light can tear them up. This is what happened yesterday (5/28/12) to my 1996 Blazer. (By the way, the engine was still running and "Ready to go again" as stated by by brother who wrecked it.)

(Note: That bottle by the Front Driverside wheel was still cold and was in the cupholder at the time of the initial impact.

Glad everyone is ok and yeah they are tough trucks, my 94 kept on going after a head on with a grand marquis and putting the rear bumper of a camry in the back seat after the guy stopped in the highway in front of me a few months after, I junked it because I didn't have the cash to fix it again.
well with that impact the frame possibly suffered a bit . (cracked or bent)
glad every ones alright tho .. shame to let her go
I dont know what id do if my truck ever got wrecked
My brothers alright, aside from a little bit of restricted movement from one of his shoulders and the obvious bruise from the seat belt (Nasty btw). The frame IMO, is bent. Tie rods are bent (or worse, the passenger wheel's frame that connects to the main frame via the Ball Joints (A-Frame?) is bent). By the way 84BlazerS10, The passenger side door was a pain to open because of that quarter panel getting kinked up, so your deductions are correct xD. I can guarantee that it is totaled, but in any case, it can be repaired with a little bit of extra $$.
Thankfully, we still have another blazer with hopes of purchasing another 1997 as soon as the insurance takes a look at the vehicle.
