Default school me about doors

ok, so I had to change my drivers door recently. I found a great red one from a 4 door. I was at the PnP not too long ago and saw many excellent 2 door blazers with excellent drivers doors in white. I was told that I could only use a door from a 4 door. BUT i just saw a front door from a 4 door blazer go onto a reg cab s10.

I guess my question is, what doors can I use for my 93? Will a door from a 2 door work? What about a reg cab?

If I could find a white door to replace the red one, that would be sweet, because then I dont have to paint the red one

The front doors are identical on all s-series trucks of the same body style.
