Default seat belt removal

So dads 89Jimmy gypsy is entering it's 9th month of being off the road from what started as a simple mechanical maintenance update to a full on restoration. Now dad is having me strip the interior and prep it for the body shop. Easy enough except I can't seem to remove the seat belts on the bottom of the b pillar or the plastic trim piece.
Any ideas short of taking a sawzall to it?
Thanks, Jeremiah

I'm currently in the middle of an interior teardown for my 91 s10. To take my seatbelts off, I had to use a breaker bar and a number 55(?) torx socket. It's a little tough, but doable.
