Default Slightly Embarassin Stuck Moment

i was headed out to shoot clays with some of the guys at our dry/iced cattle pond. instead of goin around like a normal person would, i wanted to have a little fun and drive between the two parts of the pond that were froze over.. little did i know, the mud was a foot deep under the ice......

it was alittle embarassin just havin the front end stuck, but a good time with the guys. i didnt have enough weight in the back for the rear tires to grab. i just didnt hit it fast enough. and the more i worked at it, the further down i sunk

Eh if you were going faster you would've skated across it. Blazers are light ^_^ Better tires could've helped too. Looks like fun though! I would have tried to get through it again after i got un-stuck

I once got my '92 S10 2WD stuck in the neighbor's pasture in a foot of mud and horse manure. The most embarrassing part was that all the other neighbors came to watch me try and get the truck out of the muck. I got it out alright and they enjoyed laughing their asses off watching me do it.

thats my buddys wood haulin truck. he runs a small firewood business called Morning Wood Firewood haha.. the box is so he can stack the wood up higher, to haul more, without it fallin off the sides. the side thats open (drivers side) is where you toss it in to stack it. then hes got another piece that he puts over the open side, then ratchet straps it shut.. its one of the things thats so redneck that its smart haha

That's my dads s10 pickup.. As you can see hes loaded heavy.. We had an air compressor for work in the bed + the tool box full of tools and the diesel tank with 40 gallons of diesel in it..

She still could not pull me out... I needed to get an tractor to lift me out of the hole.

Thanks for reminding me why I hate ice so much!! I had a friend in high school that lost his s10 in a lake after it fell through the ice. Unless I know its a puddle thats frozen over you won't catch me anywhere near it in a vehicle or on foot for that matter. Yup I'm a big wuss!!
