I've got extra money after buying my 2000 2Dr 4x4 LS Blazer.
I'm looking for some personal opinions on what i should do to my new ride.

Depends on your style.

You more of a Dub city person (20" wheels), low rider, off roader, or stock-height homemade person (you do all your own rides and keep it faily simple)

Check the photo gallery for some of each.

I'd start by cleaning up your blaz, take off the badges/trim, make it cleaner. Maybe paint the grill and emblem?

I was looking more towards the off-roading aspect.
I was also considering blacking it out with the exception of the windows, as well as getting some white tail lights.
and maybe a 3 inch suspension lift, along with some new tires.

Do nothing to the blazer and donate the money to me. I mean towards my paymymortgage fund... lol... On a serious note, depending on how much money you have, I would get a 2" body lift and some 31" or 32" All Terrains or Mud Terrains. Also some new wheels with a 4.5" backspace.

Body lift is just putting lift pucks between the fame and the body. This is the cheapest way to gain room for bigger tires, the easiest way to get lift, in my opinion, and with a suspension lift you are going to be changing the characteristics of your suspension, like how it rides and handles and usually puts more stress on parts like ball joints and any other joint on your front suspension.

x2 on the body lift, and tires.

read up on the t-bar crank and go +1-+2 inches

get yourself some lift shackles again +1-+2 inches

get yourself a CAI and exhaust either cat back or cat + cat back

give it some love maintenance wise (replace worn and beat down bushings, shocks, filters, fluids, tune up)

get a lock-right drop in locker

get some lights

get some self recovery gear (winch and ****** block OR come-along, tow straps, shovel, hi-lift)

a basket and basket swag

a brush guard and goodies for it.

keep and extra $300-$1000 tucked in a rolled pair of socks way back in your drawer for when she takes a dump on you...
