Where can I find a OEM Rear spare tire carrier for my 2 Dr LS 4x4. I have the hinges on the body.

Salvage yard or ebay, or craigslist.
They do not make them new.

See if you can get a part number on line front go parts direct or a Delco. Then Google the part number. Lots of salvage yards will have the rack and will ship to you.
