Default starting troubles

I have a 1995 Chevy Blazer 4x4. I have plenty of fuel pressure. I have spark. It won't start. For whatever reason, there is no fuel getting through the injector pack. The injector pack was replaced about 3 years ago. What's my next step? ANY and ALL feedback or questions are welcome.

What brand injectors were used when replaced?

I know they were taken off of another blazer used for parts and were fully functional for the last few years.

ok,we need exact fuel pressure #

This isnt a deal where you poke the fuel needle and see fuel come out and say "good nuff" these blazers are really picky. a few lb too little and they go nuts.

Test fuel pressure and leakdown. Most auto parts stores rent/loan/sell pressure testers. http://www.amazon.com/Actron-CP7818-.../dp/B0006V2BI2 When the ignition is initially turned to the RUN position, (engine off) the fuel pump is activated for ~2 seconds and then deactivates. Fuel pressure must be tested during the 2 second time frame while the pump is running. On your 1995, (CMFI) pressure must be 55psi to 61psi and must remain above 50psi for at least 10 minutes after the pump shuts off. Post your results.
