Default Is this a switch for a heated seat?

I'm considering buying a used 1996 Blazer and one of the perks is powered, leather seats. But what is the circled switch in the image below? It's out-of-state and I haven't seen it in person yet. The salesman says it's heated but, it doesn't look like the other Blazer's I've seen with heated switches, which correspond to the sort I've seen on all the Trailblazer trims.

I've got a '97 with power leather seats, but mine don't have this switch. So before I drive 3 hours round trip--possibly returning without the vehicle--I'd like a more trustworthy answer. Do you guys confirm it's indeed a heated seat?

Thanks!

What is this switch?

it's 90° orientated off of mine but... since the joystick in the center would reflect Forward back up and down, the two others would probably indicate lumbar in and out. that would leave this to be Heat with one side low Center off Other Side High... note the one score left three score right. this is my guessing on logic of basic power seat controls but you're right it is orientated different then the later models mine being a 99.

bravo99 thanks for the quick feedback. If it makes any sense, the *only* electric control the passenger side has is this same horizontal switch. The rest of the passenger side control is manual.

I would look at the read seat a little more, it looks like it torn to the heating pad, might want to ask for a better picture to see if its torn as well...

Ok--turns out it is a Powered Lumbar control. It also turns out my '97 has the same switch I just never used it and entirely forgot about it. Sorry about the noise!
