Well if I don't come to Minnesota I guess I won't hear you. Here in Arizona they fine you if the cops hear you blasting. Nevada it is a $700 disturbing the peace ticket if someone complains & gets your license #.

 

They do that here as well. But, as you know, unless its an undercover police car, you can spot police cars a mile away, which is more than enough time to turn it down below the dbz of which the law states you can have it up to. and another thing, here in MN anyways, the disturbing the peace law, for loud noises, really does not take effect until 10pm.

Anyways, the tickets they give you are easily thrown out in court, as it usually states that it needs to be "clearly" heard at a certain dbz for so many feet. which would mean, if you really break that down, you need to hear the mids, and highs, and lows clearly for that distance, not just the lows, people just chalk it up as a loss instead of fighting it in court... Just saying, not trying to argue with you or get on your bad side.
