Yup. Came on mid 90s Blazers. (Not sure about s 10s)

you sure? i had a set of them that were made by american racing. i think they were called outlaw

I had them stock on my 94 blazer 4x4. The A.R. ones are similar but those look like the stock ones.

center caps are exact.. and the whole rim is really close

Except for the rivets along the outside yes, they are very similar.
