Your welcome wart. Here are some final pics. I decided to coat them in an entire can of the galvanized coating you see in the pic. The coat came out really smooth and works better than a primer in my opinion for protecting against rust. I would throw some HIGH BUILD rattle can primer on top of it before you paint it if you are using flat or a gloss. If you are painting with a bedliner like I plan to do, then just spray it (or roll it) right over the galvanized paint.

all i can say is wow, very nice. great quality very solid work.





well worth the price.

again cant thank you enough dimone545 ...always wanted a pair of guards and these are great.

Your welcome wart, I'm glad I made them. I helped a fellow blazer fan, made a little cash and now I want a set for my truck... Everyone's happy. :-). I just hope more people want some...lol.. I ordered to much steel if all i am making is a set for you and I...Hahaha.

where did you get that spray on galv paint?

Bought it from my work. We use it all the time. You might be able to get directly from the company. If not, try to Google it.
