Excel... Its not free, but is on most computers. I track every fuel fill up, where I purchased the fuel from, miles driven since last fill up, mpg as stated on the driver information center, all maintenance, all of the costs involved for everything, etc.

yea i thought about excel maybe my last resort... i was hoping there was something out there "free" that would add up repair cost, and you could keep track how much each part/brand/price you paid for, i'll keep looking,
thanks for the input

Good luck with that. An excel sheet could have already been done by now. That and its customizable to your liking...

We use an excel spreadsheet out of our main office to track ALL maintenance for every piece of equipment we own from carts to D8 Bulldozers, from nuts and bolts to entire engine swaps. Right now all I get are "Alarm" sheets for preventative maintenance. But a little time with excel and some pivot tables could make it very informative.
