I really want to replace this. Howev,er I dont know what its called or even where to get it. I assume if I called a window repair company they could help lol.

Yeah its the piece that goes around the windshield.

Looks like the weather stripping, to me. I'm sure the dealer, or someplace like LMC truck carries it.

LMC truck carries it. That is where I got mine from... first gen, but still, LMC truck has it, like 25 bucks. go to napa and get some urethane windshield adhesive to "glue" it into place.
once done removing the old stuff. get out as much adhesive as you can. and put the new stuff in like 2 feet at a time....

apply the adhesive 2 feet, push the molding/weather stripping in, then once you get to where you stopped, add more for 2 feet. prevents it from getting a skin from hardening.
