the one thing i wish i had and passed up buying one a while ago is a metal chop saw. friend of mine had a big one and just wanted to get rid of it for $50. but figured it was going to take up a lot of space in teh garage

Most important thing above all, a DEDICATED stall in your garage for working in!!!

In other words, ban the wife from storing anything in the garage, aside from her vehicle.

I guess the most important thing is heat in the winter and AC in the summer. Oherwise you wont want to be there. Oh and tell the wife that the Haas is for the garage and the cars are for the driveway.
