What do you think of this S10?

My experiences tell me that buying used modified vehicles is a bad idea, because for the most part people are bad at working on cars, and tend to hack stuff up. I'll only buy something modified if I know it has been done properly.

That 1st s10 is priced at least double what it's worth. 4 cylinder S10s are cool trucks but are generally pretty cheap. You should be able to get a 2000 4 cyl truck, stock and clean, moderate mileage, for around $2000 private party. Modifications like rims, suspension, and stereo never make a vehicle worth more, except to the few people that buy into that.

Exactly. Ive found out from experience that dealerships will more than likely give you less for a modded vehicle if you were to trade it in, etc etc because its harder to sell. That S10 is being targeted towards a specific group (kids or young adults) where as a plain vehicle can be targeted towards everyone. I dont mind the truck itself. IMO, black would be sexy on it. Id prefer flat or glossy but both would look great. Also, I wouldnt pay the $6000 he or she is asking.
