Default What epoxy??

What adhesive is used in 00 blazer 4.3 windshield? Need to know so I can get proper tool for uninstall and install of new one

Call a glass shop and ask what they use. Removal is pretty simple and the tool shouldn't cost much. The caulking gun for install will probably cost a bit more as it is not your run of the mill gun. Speed is of the utmost importance when laying down the epoxy, along with using the correct tip. If you have done this before it should be no problem. If you've never done it, then you want to do a bit of research or take a class to learn how to do it right the first time.

It's a special urethane windshield adhesive, and there's definitely a specific way of doing it. Best to have a professional do it, but at least read up and make sure you're doing it right.

I’ve done this successfully and unsuccessfully and I can tell you that Tom is absolutely right about there being a specific way to do it. It’s not incredibly difficult but you have to have patience and do it correctly, you will mess it up almost guaranteed if you’re trying to rush it or doing it under the wrong conditions
