Tent campers are great however I live less than 80 miles from Yellowstone national park. Mountains to the east of me are not too bad, a few black and brown bears.
However to the west of me tho there is a lot of over populated Grizz.
Some days in those mountains a hard sided camper is still not enough. I have seen at least two hard sided campers over the years leave the mountains opened like a sardine can by a Grizz or two.
As the over population grows Grizz are spreading further into the easterly mountain ranges every year.
Even tho this is the mountain ranges around me in northern Wyoming be careful as tents do not hold up to wildlife well ....

I know this is off topic, but my jealousy is indescribable.

Regretfully Yellowstone is not the national treasure it once was.
Its just a large tourist trap, and nobody has the since not to destroy every thing they see or touch.
Between the fools thinking all the wild animals are tame and pets too the fools leaving the board walks walking on thermal features destroying thousands of years of build up and beauty.
With over a million people flocking there every summer the roads are a constant traffic jam, and god forbid if a squirrel runs out in the road traffic stops for miles and for hours.
Go to Disney world less turmoil, people and headache.

Yeah, Disney is a no go for me. I hate crowds and I hate theme parks. I'd rather go mountain hiking, but this is Florida so the highest mountain is an ant hill.

Got a call saying that my trailer was ready to come out of storage, so I came home, swapped the malibu for the blazer and went on my way! I need to fix my lower control arms and reinstall my seat bar.... with the trailer, it really pushes me around, so gotta get down figured out.

Trailer REALLY drops the butt of the blazer, need bump stops too...

Today, I drove it up and down the Parkway, did not race anyone . Went to a job I thought I was starting. Went home. It is running pretty well. Not quite perfect (like it was) but it is "almost there."

I had fun with it today, and I still usually prefer to listen to the engine vs the radio.

I should check my transmission fluid level next time.. after driving it awhile...

Today, the Blazer is functioning as a "people ferrier" to and from work, since the other Chevy possibly needs an Alternator...

I work for a company that supplies entrance doors/windows/garage doors, so since we supply the construction business, I'm working as well as my brother inlaw. 2 of the 4 building just closed for a dead cleaning as someone tested positive for covid. Thankfully it wasnt where I nor my brother inlaw work at. But still worrisome as our delivery driver is always between buildings...
