what have you gotten done on your blazer today?
I have gotten the Blazer back after the transmission was rebuilt, New tires, alignment and fixed the intake air sensor.
The trans had many issues so my having a line pop off only hastened it's demise, the input drum was from a 700R4 and the accumulator piston was in wrong both of which would restrict flow to the 3-4 clutch pack. And the valve body looked like they reused the original pistons but can't quite be sure. The trans now has the right input drum, valve body upgrades, Corvette servo and stacked plate cooler.
The new BF Goodrich All Terrain KO2 are nice but the passenger side front rubs. Will have to address the fit of the bumper cover to correct.
The MPG increased from 12.3 to 16.4.
Now I will have to address the hub that is throwing the ABS code and reinstall the A/C system.

I dig the lights man. Look nice.
These Zevos work great in this type of tail light, but not as much in the stock or similar lens.
The hunt continues!
Trying to combat this Florida summer heat, this afternoon I whipped some ghetto sun shades for the back quarter windows and back door windows out of some fold up sun shades that I had laying around in the garage. Will will either help keep it a little cooler inside by reflecting light away or turn the Blazer into a rolling solar oven. We'll see lol...
My truck sits out in the parking lot at work and just gets beat by the sun for 10 hours a day, so I might be trying a few different things... Just putting a sun shade in the front window isn't cutting it.

The last time I put my sun shade up, I took it down to reveal a big crack in my windshield.
A rock must have chipped it to start, but the heat accelerated the crack.
This was just a few weeks ago.
So I'm waiting til it gets worse to put a new windshield in, then I can start using the shade again. Logical, huh.
