full tune-up, plugs/wires/cap & rotor. compression test showed around 150 in all 6. fires right off now and no longer has the slight stumble when shifting from 2nd to 3rd. swapped out my tires too, had 225/70 15's and went back to the original rims with 235/75/15 michelin's. greased the steering linkage pints and ball joints. looks like i'll need front brakes in a few months, but for now its good to go.

What's funny ... and sad at the same time .... is that back in the day, we used to joke about "checking the exhaust fluid".

Who knew that a couple decades later, thanks to the EPA, we'd actually HAVE exhaust fluid (urea) in diesels!!! Wtf .... got to be the DUMBEST system ever devised .... but I digress .....

Nothing exciting... Installed rebuilt alternator, did oil change, lube and rotated tires.

Lost one of the little hubcaps over the winter. Anybody have a spare one of these they'd be willing to part with?

Thanks!
