replaced all front ball joints and replaced shocks with monroe load adjusting shocks allot of work but worth it.

 

I installed a bug deflector the other day, today I cleaned off all the adhesive gunk from the old broken vent visors and put in a new set of in channel visors front and back.

 

Started doing some damage on the rear tails. 60 leds soldered, 60 more to go.

The housing is still in its primer stage, it will be painted black.

I plan on doing a 3rd brake light that goes across the top of the whole rear window like the new audis too.
I plan on using 5050 led strips to start to see how it looks and how long they last before I build some. It will take probably about 500 LEDs to get it done LOL

 

Holy bawls man, quite the undertaking for that. What kind of spacing will you be doing for it? Side by side or with gaps inbetween??

I think I'm going to make my own 'under the tailgate bar' with turn signal / brake with PWM control using COB strips. Should look pretty cool when finished.

 

Got the 4 rockford fosgate 3 way 6.5" speakers in the mail to replace the OEM door speakers today. Will be putting them in tomorrow.

I will most likely start out with the pre-made strip of the 5050 leds and see how long that last, Once a bulb burns out I will most likely do them just about side by side, the only gap would be the size of a solder pad on a perf board.
I cant think about that yet and that is why I am getting the strip for now. I need to finish the tails first haha




*edit* Put the speakers in today... man do they sound good. Best set of 6.5" speakers I have personally had.

 

Fault code 32 corrected by replacing the EGR Valve. I also just completed my Sanden Compressor Conversion.
