Speaking of being pulled over, the ONLY ticket I have ever received was a bs failed registration ticket. I had already failed emissions testing 3 or 4 times for the blaze and was on my way to get a waiver and bam! The cop pulls me over and I tell him I'm going to get a waiver and he still gives me a &$^# TICKET! I WAS LIVID! Felt like beating some a$$, but didn't want to serve jail time! =P

I think a lot of the time they just let things slide, until they want the revenue! I had mine for several years before getting a ticket, while parked at home, for not having my front license plate on. The frame to hold it never came with the vehicle. So I had to screw it to the valence.

In CA, motorcycle cops exist solely to give out tickets, for anything and everything. The cars don't bother you much, I've passed one at 80 MPH, but slowly, so he was going at least 75, in a 65. The rest of traffic was doing the same.

Just took it for a nice ride up through the mountias. First time seeing how it climbs since I got it a week ago. It's a beast to say the least.

And to stay on topic, I nearly finished my amp installation. 6 runs of 10 gauge 'flat' wire to each door and dash, to the amp mounted under the roof, at the rear. Keeps it kind of hidden, and plenty of air flow to stay cool. Still need to get the right gauge wire for power.

I would have done a good job with solder & weather proofing, but I planning to customize that fella as soon as I get some IC's in my grubby mitts

Oh yeah. Jury rigging is what I did in court

Actually, I believe that's an old nautical term that refers to putting up a temporary mast out of spare parts.

Jury rigged and Jerry rigged are the same exact thing and very common in both forms.
