My dad and I replaced the fuel pump today after putting it off for a month or two. I also swapped the rear bumper pad thing with the one I took off the old bumper because I noticed someone had tried to paint the one that came with the new bumper and it was flaking off.

I replaced several burnt out bulbs in the instrument panel during the overhaul. Didn't solder any of them. Just take a 194, 193, or 168 bulb (choose the 193 though - a little brighter & lasts much longer) and straightened the contacts on the base, stuck them in, folded them over, then gave a gentle squeeze with needle nosed pliers. Saved me a trip to the store anyway. Then I took the seatbelt & check engine lights & swapped them elsewhere, saving me 2 bulbs there.

Been 6 months & none of them has rattled loose yet.

The rocket surgeon at Autozone was baffled and bewildered by the socket. He had never heard of such a thing and couldn't seem to imagine that anyone would ever buy that product.
Since I've already ordered the things from Superbright I went home and bolted a set of these onto the bumper.

Your best bet is to start a new thread in the proper section instead of posting within other threads.
