General Grabber AT2s. Theyre one of the most aggressive all-terrains, its pretty hard to break traction on road, even if very heavy rain and mild standing water. Havnt tried snow/ice yet. My mileage only dropped ~1 mpg after switching from Kumoh All-seasons.
Do you do any offroading? Or just looking for a tire to get you through the weather and still be worth the money?

I'm running goodyear wrangler 31's for now, and they're not bad at all off or onroad. I'm just waiting for my buddy to get back from Iraq then Im slapping some 33x12.50's on her.

I got some offbrand called Hallmark(235/70/15). They did fine on some dirt trails, sand, water, mud. They do ok in rain. Got them when I bought my 95 blazer put 10k on them with lots of tread left. I plan to get some 30's or 31's soon maybe bfg or general. MPG = 19-21 Hwy 16-20City
