I bought some LED interior lights for the dome lights in my other Blazer. It was $18 for the front dome at AutoZone.

Those are plug n play.

For LEDs, I deal with a seller on eBay based out of China. He has quality stuff. Here's his store: http://myworld.ebay.com/ebaymotors/warden_jp2002/

Some items say they're in West Virgina - they're not. Everything comes from China. But he ships the stuff fast. I only paid $6.80 for my dome light (incl. shipping) and $23.40 (pair) for my LED turn signals.

The front dome is a 592. What I had to do is the bulb in the truck has hooks on each end. The LED dome didn't have that in the kit, so I pushed the metal tabs in a bit to make one of the connectors supplied in the kit fit. You'll see what I mean.
This is what I got
LED lights
